Erica is a third generation Realtor who began her real estate career in 2003. She worked for the family real estate business started by her father in 1971. Erica earned her Broker license in 2005. Erica is a multiple-year recipient of the Sales Master Award and is consistently in the top 20% of her brokerage.
Erica enjoys helping clients find the home that best suits their needs and tastes whether they are first-time buyers or looking to upgrade. Through the years Erica has gained knowledge and experience helping Seniors and their families navigate the process of selling a longtime and downsizing. She helps clients navigate the home buying and selling process with patience and expertise. Her goal is to make the client feel at ease throughout the process from start to finish.
Greg is a third generation Real Estate Broker who began his real estate career in 1999. Greg grew up in Irondequoit and spent most of his childhood years in a house on St. Paul Blvd. He earned his degree from the University of Rochester and is married with two girls. The home he and his wife purchased was designated a “fixer upper.” Through his own experiences Greg has first hand knowledge of older homes and how to restore and bring them back to life.
Greg loves being in the real estate business. He believes it is a unique opportunity to find friends and family the perfect house. Greg takes part in the community as a member of the Irondequoit Historic Preservation Commission.
Steve began his real estate career in 1971 shortly after graduating from the University of Virginia. In 1975 he opened his own brokerage, working out of his home. Through the years, Steven G. Walther, Inc. Realtor grew and eventually the Walther’s purchased a building on Titus Avenue in 1986. Through the years Steve Walther’s office was known as the Hometown Realtor of Irondequoit. Steve and his agents were knowledgeable of Irondequoit and the surrounding suburbs and became a pillar in the community. The name Walther was associated with Irondequoit and the community relied on Steve and his agents as the go-to people when it came to buying or selling. Steve’s son Greg joined the business in 1999 and his daughter Erica joined in 2003.
Steve retired in 2021 after 49 years as a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. Despite all the advances in technology and the changes in the industry, he always said, “Real Estate is and always will be a people business.” It is a business that thrives on personal relationships and the ability to make people feel comfortable when pursuing one of the largest financial transactions they will encounter.
