I am fairly certain that the building improvements that she recommended resulted in a net monetary gain in sale price of at least 15%-20%. This was of great benefit to my parents who were able to use the proceeds to properly secure their financial future.

My brother and I were recently faced with the daunting task of selling our parents home of over 55 years. Throughout the entire process, Erica kept us informed of the buyer’s progress. Even though there were a few hiccups (not her/our fault), we never had to worry about where we were with respect to the closing. Her constant communication between the buyer’s agent and the lawyers, kept us in the loop every step of the way.
